No. Appointment requests are subject to route, technician, and project availability. Dispatch confirms the agreed date and arrival window directly.
Photos are especially useful for fireplaces, masonry, unusual wall finishes, built-ins, commercial spaces, and cable concealment. Attach them when your email app opens or reply with them after dispatch responds.
Unless a written commercial scope or special-order material agreement says otherwise, payment is due when the authorized onsite work is complete.
