Keep your invoice or work order. It identifies the completed scope, service date, and service provider and is the best record for a warranty review.
1. Overview
Quick TV Setup stands behind eligible installation workmanship for the period stated on your invoice, estimate, work order, or written appointment confirmation. If no separate period is stated, covered residential workmanship may be reported for as long as the original customer continuously owns and occupies the service property, subject to the terms below. Commercial, managed-property, rental, and multi-location work is covered only for the period stated in the applicable written scope.
2. What workmanship coverage includes
Coverage applies to a defect caused directly by the manner in which an authorized technician performed the documented installation. Depending on the original scope, examples may include re-securing covered mounting hardware, correcting covered alignment or cable-organization work, or addressing a connection issue caused by the original installation.
Coverage applies only to the original work and equipment at the original service address. You must stop using the installation and contact us immediately if anything appears loose, unstable, unusually warm, damaged, or unsafe.
3. What is not covered
This workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Televisions, mounts, cables, audio equipment, furniture, networks, electrical systems, or other products and manufacturer defects.
- Damage or failure caused by misuse, impact, overloading, abuse, pets, children, theft, pests, water, fire, heat, vibration, severe weather, power events, or other external causes.
- Building settlement, wall movement, deterioration, corrosion, hidden defects, inadequate structure, hazardous materials, or site conditions not reasonably observable at installation.
- Work, adjustment, removal, relocation, equipment changes, or repairs performed by the customer or another party after the original service.
- Cosmetic preferences approved at handoff, ordinary wear, minor screen-angle drift within a mount’s normal operation, or product limitations.
- Customer-supplied product incompatibility or failure; app, account, internet, broadcast, firmware, or third-party service changes.
- Work excluded from the original scope or performed despite a written customer acknowledgment of a known risk or limitation.
4. How to request warranty review
Email dispatch@quicktvsetup.online or call +18556575392. Provide your name, service address, service date, invoice or work-order information, a description of the concern, and clear photos or video if safe to capture. We may ask you to stop using or touching the equipment until it is assessed.
Requests should be made promptly after discovery. You must provide reasonable access for inspection. A visit may be billable if the concern is outside the covered workmanship, and any charge will be communicated before non-covered work proceeds.
5. Remedy
If we determine that a covered workmanship defect exists, the service provider may, at its option, re-perform or correct the affected portion of the original service. This is the exclusive workmanship-warranty remedy to the maximum extent permitted by law. The warranty does not reimburse third-party work unless authorized in writing before that work occurs.
6. Transfer, other warranties, and applicable law
Unless required by law or stated in writing, this warranty is personal to the original customer and is not transferable. Manufacturer and seller warranties remain separate. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have additional rights that vary by location. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.
