Please read these Terms carefully. Requesting, authorizing, or accepting services forms an agreement between the customer and the service provider identified in the appointment confirmation, estimate, work order, or invoice.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of quicktvsetup.online and your requests for installation or related services. By using the website or authorizing work, you agree to these Terms and any written estimate, work order, warranty document, or appointment terms provided to you. You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to approve work at the service location.
2. Appointment requests, availability, and estimates
A website form, email, call, or requested time is not a confirmed appointment until dispatch accepts it and communicates a date or arrival window. Availability may change because of routing, job duration, weather, equipment, access, or other operational conditions.
Online calculator results and verbal price ranges are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing depends on onsite conditions, equipment compatibility, surface type, access, required materials, requested changes, and any additional authorized work. Before materially expanding the scope, the technician will seek approval of the updated work and price.
3. Site assessment and installation conditions
Installation is subject to a satisfactory onsite assessment. We may decline, pause, relocate, or modify work when conditions appear unsafe, inaccessible, unsuitable, prohibited, or materially different from what was described. Examples include inadequate structure; concealed utilities; damaged, damp, weak, or specialty walls; unsafe heat conditions; incompatible equipment; hazardous materials; building restrictions; or inaccessible electrical and cable routes.
Stud finders, scanners, drawings, and customer-provided information reduce risk but do not guarantee detection of every concealed condition. Cutting, drilling, fishing cable, or opening a surface may reveal unknown conditions. Unless specifically included in writing, services do not include structural engineering, electrical branch-circuit work, hazardous-material handling, wall reconstruction, painting, finish carpentry, or repair of pre-existing damage.
4. Customer responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project information; safe and timely access; necessary building, owner, or association permission; a clear work area; working equipment and passwords or account access when setup is requested; and an adult authorized to approve placement and changes. You must disclose known utilities, pipes, wiring, hazardous materials, wall damage, water intrusion, unusual construction, or other relevant conditions.
Pets and children must be kept away from the active work area. Customer-supplied mounts, cables, and equipment must be complete, compatible, and suitable. We are not responsible for defects, missing parts, compatibility failures, or manufacturer limitations in customer-supplied products.
5. Rescheduling, cancellation, and delays
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. A reasonable cancellation, return-trip, or waiting fee may apply when notice is late, access is unavailable, the customer or authorized representative is absent, the work area is not ready, or special-order materials have been committed. Any applicable fee will be disclosed when reasonably possible.
Arrival times are estimates, not guarantees. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, traffic incidents, utility outages, building restrictions, supply disruption, or emergencies.
6. Payment, taxes, and collections
Unless a written estimate or commercial agreement states otherwise, payment is due when the authorized work is complete. You are responsible for approved services, materials, applicable taxes, and disclosed fees. If payment is disputed, contact us promptly so we can review the invoice. Overdue undisputed amounts may be subject to lawful collection costs or charges disclosed in the applicable agreement.
7. Workmanship coverage and product warranties
Eligible installation workmanship is covered as described in our Workmanship Warranty and any service-specific written terms. Product, mount, television, audio equipment, cable, and third-party service warranties are provided by their respective manufacturers or providers. Workmanship coverage does not replace those warranties and excludes product failure, misuse, alteration, impact, environmental conditions, building movement, unauthorized work, incompatible equipment, and undisclosed or concealed site defects.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and informational content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted website access or that general website information is suitable for every property or installation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither Quick TV Setup nor the applicable service provider will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or business interruption, arising from the website or services. Any aggregate liability for a service claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim, except where applicable law prohibits that limitation. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Website content and acceptable use
Website text, layout, graphics, branding, and original imagery are owned by or licensed to Quick TV Setup and protected by applicable law. You may use the website for personal evaluation and service requests. You may not interfere with operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, misrepresent identity, or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Links or references to third-party brands do not imply sponsorship or endorsement. Product names belong to their respective owners.
10. Governing law, disputes, and general terms
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider and service location, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before filing a formal claim, each party agrees to make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue through written notice and direct discussion. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with the applicable estimate, work order, invoice, and incorporated policies, form the agreement for the covered subject matter. We may update website Terms prospectively by posting a revised version and date.
